Children’s Martial Arts
Can you imagine seeing children who are now doing great in school, well-mannered, confident, self-assured, and capable, growing into the appropriate leaders for our future communities? Adult Martial Arts
This martial arts program, exclusively taught at the Dragon Gyms in Exton, Malvern, Berwyn, and Phoenixville, PA, and developed by Grandmaster Chae T. Goh and Master Somnath Sikdar, blends the best of Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido along with the purposeful incorporation of kettlebell conditioning. Additionally, some of the realities of bare knuckle boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu have been included. This system is a modern application of the ancient and traditional martial arts.
These martial arts classes also incorporate a philosophy of not only self, but community awareness with the intent of influencing the student’s personal and professional life, encouraging participation in the community, and promoting the betterment of society.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Dragon Gym Muay Thai kickboxing is a straight-up, no-nonsense, REAL martial arts program in Exton & Malvern, PA, just minutes from West Chester and Downingtown. We train experienced martial artists, total beginners, and everyone in between. Students can expect to get a great workout, an understanding of striking fundamentals, and knowledgeable instruction from certified and field testing instructors. Classes are held six days a week.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Dragon Gym Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is proud to offer a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu / BJJ grappling martial arts program. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are held at the Dragon Gyms in Phoenixville, PA
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a great course of study on its own; you develop mastery of grappling and ground fighting as well as standing self-defense and defense against strikers. Students find it’s a great compliment to striking-oriented martial arts like Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Muay Thai, or Boxing.

Dragon Gym offers several kettlebell training classes per week, all taught by certified Russian kettlebell instructors. We offer a uniquely progressive curriculum-based kettlebell training regimen that offers structure, accountability and a great workout to help ensure that you make progress and achieve your health and fitness goals.
We teach people who have never touched a kettlebell before, seasoned kettlebell veterans, and everyone in between. The great thing about the kettlebell is that it is an extremely versatile and scalable fitness tool that can help everyone from beginners to advanced students get strong, lose weight, move better, and look their best!

WHAT IS TAI CHI?
