The power lifting and barbell program offers a unique approach to physical training. The deadlift, squat and bench press are the three primary lifts in competition. Individuals in this program will master technique and develop physical abilities in order to be successful in competition. Individuals will be encouraged to compete in local and national events.
Russian Kettlebell and Primal Movement Training
This is a program designed specific towards Russian Kettlebell Training. Kettlebell training is rapidly becoming one of the leading ways in strength and fitness training. Individuals in this program will train to progress to master each Kettlebell technique.
Performance Strength Training (Off-Season Sports and Athletic Development)

Military/Law Enforcement PT Preparation & Maintenance
The tactical preparation program is designed towards preparing Police, Firemen, and Military personnel for physical testing exams. Once testing has been completed a program that is designed to maintain as well as enhance physical test scores will be administered.
