Youth Strength and Performance Program + Personal Training

Our Youth Strength and Performance Program is led by Head Trainer Cody and is designed to build a strong foundation for long-term athletic development. This program supports beginner to intermediate lifters by focusing on safe, effective training principles that prioritize quality movement before added intensity. The goal is not just to lift more weight, but to move better, train smarter, and build confidence in and out of the gym.

Every athlete begins with a free Functional Movement Screen assessment. This allows us to identify movement limitations, imbalances, or mobility restrictions before training starts. From there, programming is tailored to help athletes improve mechanics, reduce injury risk, and progress efficiently. Proper technique, body control, and strength development are emphasized at every stage.

Athletes will learn how to get strong the right way through structured coaching, age-appropriate progressions, and a supportive training environment. For those looking for a more individualized experience, one-on-one personal training sessions are also available with Coach Cody. These sessions provide focused attention, customized programming, and accountability for athletes with specific goals or needs.
