I've thoroughly enjoyed Dragon Gym from the start, especially the Barbell Club, which I use four times a week for powerlifting
At 70, I've thrived at Dragon Gym, progressing from novice to powerlifting competitor in under a year, thanks to their supportive and expert staff.
I've been a guest at many gyms throughout the country and this one was the first where I could see myself being part of.
In this last year, I have learned Muay Thai and lost around ~30 pounds(No hard dieting) by joining two programs: DGMT and Barbell club
