How to Conventional Dead Lift

Is dead lift one word or two?  We're not sure either, but it's one of our favorite exercises.  It's great for building full body strength, increasing muscle (if you want to) and fat loss (if you need to).   Many martial artists enjoy the benefits they get from dead lifting as well.

In this video, Personal Trainer and strength Coach, Eric Duong, explains the basic form of the dead lift and demonstrates a few reps.   Oh, by the way, Eric's most recent personal best on the dead lift was 585 pounds!  That was in a "sumo" stance, so stay tuned for that video?
