WORKSHOP #2 Eat for Fat Loss


Join Aly Di Fitness and Niki Treat--certified kettlebell instructors, personal trainers, and nutrition coaches--for a two-part FAT LOSS FUNDAMENTALS nutrition seminar.

The MAIN EVENT will be Sunday, March 8. Expect a jam-packed 90-minute seminar that will absolutely demystify the fat loss process.

Come prepared for an interactive session: there will be lecture, discussion, activities, and time for Q&A. Upon arrival, you'll receive an *individualized nutrition guide that you'll reference throughout the seminar.
