Strength Training for Martial Arts

Did you know that we have a Strength Training (not conditioning) Class for martial arts every Monday and Wednesday Night?

The class is directly after Jiu Jitsu on Monday and Wednesday nights, directly after Muay Thai Kickboxing on Tuesday and Thursday nights and consists of about 45 minutes of strength training.

The focus is the "Big 3" lifts that will help carryover strength to your martial arts training, be it BJJ, Muay Thai or TKD.
