My family joined Dragon Gym a little over a year ago. I currently train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and kickboxing, and my daughters are in the taekwondo program. I’m 37 years old.  In the last year, I have accomplished things I would never have imagined I could have done. I lost 40 pounds; I’ve run a 5K; and I’ve competed in two tournaments. I haven’t been in this good of shape since before college. Dragon Gym has incredible instructors across a variety of programs to help you reach your goals. They have taekwondo, kickboxing, BJJ, yoga, tai chi, and even a certified kettlebells program. Whatever your fitness goal, they have a program that will meet your needs. But Dragon Gym is more than a gym; it’s a community. The Dragon Gym family is incredibly kind and supportive. We’ve made great friends here, and we enjoy coming out to the gym not just to work out but to see people we enjoy spending time with. There are a lot of places you can go to work out, but Dragon Gym offers so much more than that. It offers a community where you will make friends who will help you accomplish your goals every step of the way. I’m proud to be part of the Dragon Gym family.
