Here's how our "Kickboxing Express" program works:
It's a 30-minute workout that's "no-contact". That means you can get back to getting great workouts with an awesome community. And, be comfortable that it's totally safe.
The combination of tried and true martial arts: Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, and Bodyweight exercise burns calories, builds muscle, and introduces you to martial arts movements that will increase your confidence.
These classes help you become a more confident, more healthy YOU.
