We love to add in some traditional training with our children's classes. Here why: it requires discipline and perseverance to hold a riding horse stance and throw punches and blocks and strikes in this heat. But when you're kihaping (yelling) as loud as you can and punching as fast as you can, you begin to forget that your legs are burning. You motivate the person next to you, and you motivate yourself, and before you know it, every technique is faster and stronger and just fifteen kids have filled the gym with energy and sound and spirit.
