What you will learn in our Tae Kwon Do Programs

Our martial arts classes will provide you with the basics of tae kwon do, such as blocks, strikes, and kicks. We also teach the fundamentals of hapkido, such as falling, rolling, joint locks, and throws. Furthermore, we incorporate techniques from boxing, muay thai, and sport tae kwon do into our sparring sessions, which is conducted in a safe setting. Lastly, we integrate Russian kettlebells and principles into our adult martial arts program, teaching the basics of swinging, Turkish get-up, front squats, cleans, presses, and snatches.
