These are a couple pictures of my student, Brian. He started training at Dragon Gym a little over 3 years ago. Mostly with Taekwondo, but he supplemented with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and some strength training.
Now, he's nearly 30 pounds lighter, can dead lift 356 Lbs, and has earned his Black Belt in TKD.
