The Dragon Gym is a Martial Arts Organization
committed to the promotion of Self-Defense, Physical Fitness and Personal
Development. We have been serving the residents of Chester County and
beyond for 35 years. Founded by Grand Master Chae Goh (9th Dan) in the early seventies, the school is currently run by Somnath Sikdar,
Lawrence Beck, and Chris Taylor – A dynamic team that has trained together
in Traditional Martial Arts since childhood and have now dedicated
themselves to serving the community by spreading the benefits of martial
arts in this modern era.
Together, they offer exciting and
evolving programs that embody “A New Concept of Ancient Arts”

have been training at DG Exton for 8 years. My personal feelings
are known. What I saw this weekend and experienced is a testament
to the fact that the Dragon Gym Exton is a family. This event shows
the spirit we have as a resource in the community and NOT as just
another “membership” driven “mill” type dojang. We are personal
about what we do! We are committed to how we learn and how we share
our knowledge. We are sincere about our art and how we pass it
down. This is most pleasing to me and frankly through my personal
struggle with my own health, it’s what keeps me coming back week
after week.
