Our Basic Skillz Green Stripe is for CONTROL, which means to have power over your mind, heart, and body.

Here are three CONTROL tips:
1. Have CONTROL over your front kicks.
2. Have CONTROL over your side kicks.
3. Have CONTROL over your round kicks.

Students will work on the following kicking techniques:
Number 1 Kick: Rear Leg Round
Number 2 Kick: Lead Leg Round
Number 3 Kick: Rear Leg Low / High Round (aka double tap)
